By accessing or using WhoHas ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

WhoHas is a Google Workspace permission auditing tool that helps you understand and manage file sharing permissions across your Google Drive. The Service provides:

  • Scanning and analysis of file sharing permissions
  • Identification of files shared externally or publicly
  • Risk assessment of file sharing configurations
  • Tools to track and manage permission findings

3. Account Requirements

To use the Service, you must sign in with a Google account and grant read-only access to your Google Drive file metadata. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service to scan accounts you do not have authorization to access
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

5. Subscription and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription:

  • You agree to pay the fees associated with your selected plan
  • Lifetime deals provide perpetual access to features available at time of purchase
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Refunds may be issued at our discretion within 14 days of purchase

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We access your Google Drive metadata solely to provide the Service and do not access file contents.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by WhoHas and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service without permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. We are not responsible for any actions you take based on the audit results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhoHas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
